He builds successful/motivated teams, and as our lead trainer, he uses his passion to help our agents become top producers so they are also able to focus on the things that matter most: Family, Home & Faith.

Lou has also been a children's pastor, youth pastor and lead pastor for about 28 years bivocationally. I am passionate about helping people discover the freedom that comes from total surrender, immediate obedience and reckless trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
